True Blue Cheddar Fondue

  • 3 cups Balderson Royal Canadian 2 Year Cheddar, grated
  • 1 cup Cambozola cheese, grated
  • 1 cup tomato soup, undiluted
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  1. Combine all ingredients except wine into a saucepan.
  2. Cook under medium heat, stirring continuously until cheese is melted and ingredients combined.
  3. Add sherry.
  4. Transfer to fondue pot and serve.
